يقدّم هذا الملحق توصيف للمصادر المشتقة للأفعال في اللغة العربية. يحتوي الملحق على العديد من الأمثلة لأوزان الأفعال العشرة (من 1 إلى 10). إضافة لذلك، يحتوي أيضاً على أمثله لأوزان الأفعال من 11 إلى 15، وهي نادرة نوعاً ما في الاستخدام الفعلي في اللغة العربية الفصحى المعاصرة. يشرح هذا الملحق أيضاً الاستثناءات التي قد تحدث في القواعد العامة للغة العربية، كما يقدّم توصيف للفعل الضعيف والمضعّف والرباعي.
This appendix describes the derived stems of the Arabic verbs. Several examples are provided for verbs that belong to verb Forms I – X. In addition, examples of verbs pertaining to Forms XI-XV are also provided, which are very rare forms in Modern Standard Arabic. The appendix also provides an explanation of exceptions to the general rule, and a description of weak, doubled, and quadrilateral verbs.
