يتكّون منهاج "هيداستارت 2" الدراسي من وحدتين تحتوي كل منهما على 10 دروس- الوحدة الأولى ( وهي حول الأصوات ونص الكتابة) تهدف إلى تعلّم اللغة عبر 20 درس من الأنشطة التفاعلية. أمّا الوحدة الثانية (العمل العسكري) فتركّز على أهداف عسكرية، ولكن في نفس الوقت يمكن أن يستفيد منها الدارس العادي. يتضمن الموقع أيضاً أكثر من 100 تمرين كتابي يمكن تنزيله من الانترنت. يقدّم هيداستارت دورات دراسية في اللغة العربية الفصحى المعاصرة إضافة إلى اللهجات المصرية والعراقية والشامية. بالإضافة إلى الاهتمام بتعليم اللغة يضيف الموقع بعداً آخر بالتركيز أيضاً على تعلّم الثقافة العربية.

Headstart2 consists of two units containing ten modules each – Unit One (Sound and Script) is geared towards language learning using 20 interactive tasks. Unit Two (Military) is focused on military goals, but still of some use to the average language learner. Headstart2 also features over 100 downloadable writing drills. Headstart2 offers courses for MSA as well as Egyptian, Iraqi, and Levantine Arabic. In addition to language training, there is an emphasis on cultural education.
