This is an interactive Arabic online program that is divided into thematic units. Access to the content requires registration on the site. The lessons start with a scripted conversation and spiral with activities and interactive worksheets to help build students’ proficiency. There are 12 units that include 1-3 conversations that are based on real life applications. From there students learn the vocabulary and phrases related to that specific unit.
Lessons start with listening activities, then proceed with vocabulary. Grammar is introduced in the third lesson of the unit, and then listening comprehension is followed. Students are then expected to speak, read, and write. Exams are included for students’ self-assessment. The content is intended for novice to intermediate students, however, teachers need to make supplemental materials to help support the instruction. >
