يقدّم هذا الكتاب كافة المعلومات التي يحتاجها الطالب لفهم واستيعاب الأفعال في اللغة العربية الفصحى المعاصرة بشكل مناسب. يعالج القسم الأول من الكتاب شرح أشكال الفعل المختلفة واستخداماتها ومعلومات عن الأفعال في الماضي والحاضر. يحتوي القسم الثاني من الكتاب على جداول تصريفات 155 فعل من أفعال اللغة العربية الشائعة الاستخدام والتي توضح أوزان الفعل الشائعة، فضلاً عن المفردات والعبارات المرتبطة بكل فعل من الأفعال المدرجة. أمّا القسم الأخير من الكتاب فهو عبارة عن فهرس يضم أكثر من 1200 فعل والأوزان التي تتبعها.
This book provides all the information a student needs in order to properly understand verbs in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). The first part of the book is devoted to a grammatical explanation of the structure, use, and formation of verbs in all tenses. The second part of the book includes 155 verb conjugation tables that show all common verb patterns as well as words and phrases associated with each verb. The final part of the book is an index of more than 1,200 verbs and the patterns they follow.
