تعرض هذه الصفحة لغز كلمات متقاطعة بسيط لاختبار إدراك الطلاب لمفردات اللغة الأساسية. يشتمل اللغز على تلميحات وتوجيهات عن أين يمكن أن تضع كل كلمة (أفقياً أم عمودياً مثلاً). تقدّم الصفحة مفتاح للحل، فضلاً عن إمكانية طباعة الشريحة التي تحتوي على اللغز. تشمل الكلمات المختارة النعوت وحروف الجر ومفردات الألوان وغيرها من الكلمات الأساسية. الإشارات والتلميحات مكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية، بينما يجب استخدام المفردة العربية المكتوبة بنص الكتابة العربية لإكمال اللغز.
