يسمح محرك البحث عن جذور المفردات للمستخدم بالبحث عن معنى جذر أي مفردة عربية. لا يتطلب الأمر سوى طباعة الجذر بالكتابة العربية. للمستخدم الفرصة أن يختار استخدام برنامج يملي المثبّت على الجها، والذي يحول الكلمات المكتوبة بالحروف اللاتينية إلى أقرب كلمة مقابلة لها باللغة العربية. يعطي محرك البحث هذا إجابات من مختلف القواميس المتاحة مثل لسان العرب من ضمن الكثير من القواميس.
Root Search Engine is an engine that allows users to search for the meaning of any Arabic root. All users have to do is type the desired root in Arabic. Users also have the option of using the installed Yamli plug-in, which converts words typed with Latin characters to their closest Arabic equivalent. The engine provides results from various dictionaries such as Lisan Al-‘rab among many others.
