This book is a text-based language course designed for students interested in acquiring a foundation in Qur’anic and Classical Arabic. The book contains 40 lessons built around individual chapters of the Qur’an that move from shorter chapters to the more complex. Although intended for around 40 hours of classroom instruction, the book is helpful to independent learners as well. Audio components, including a transcript, are available online, as are password protected answer keys. Students must know the alphabet before using this book. This book focuses on comprehension and vocabulary acquisition.
