The Israeli-built Separation Wall between the West Bank and Israel has proved highly controversial with some arguing it provides necessary security and others insisting it confiscates Palestinian land and creates unjust living conditions. Through the use of two short videos, an Israeli commercial and a Palestinian response to the commercial, this lesson challenges students to think critically about the wall and the multiple narratives that exist around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
